Analytics
Public-page usage is measured in aggregate without advertising cookies. Signed-in areas and restricted-access data activity are not included.
Contact messages
Messages submitted through the contact form are recorded securely and reviewed by the relevant Amatis team.
Retention
Rejected or withdrawn documents: 90 days. Approved training evidence: 2 years after transfer. Agreement acceptance and audit records: 5 years.
These pages describe the current portal terms. Changes to the Data Use Agreement are issued as a new version and require renewed acceptance when applicable.
